Trouble setting Z axis travel length of 114.3 mm.

Trouble setting Z axis travel length on DDCS M350 controller. X and Y axis are set to hard limit and working fine. Z axis is set to soft
limit and will not stop at 114.3 mm travel length. does anyone have any advice that they can share .
